First course: arugula and frisée salad with orange segments, smoked gouda, candied nuts and whiskey vinaigrette.

Second course: a traditional cassoulet; white bean stew with chicken and sausage.

Third course: whiskey brown sugar glazed salmon, rice pilaf, candied whiskey glazed carrots.

Fourth course: sticky toffee pudding; date cake, warm toffee sauce, and vanilla ice cream.
